Provincial Program Spending under Lorne Calvert has gone up $2,384 per capita

Is this sustainable? What about a tax cut for the average working middle class family?
Update:
Just ‘Imagine’ $9,200
The NDP, Socialists, Dippers and Lorne Calvert just don’t get it. They cry and whine that an increase of 3% a year isn’t a lot. But just how much is $2,300 per capita increase in spending a year for the average working family in Saskatchewan. For the a household with 4 people that’s nine thousand and two hundred dollars a year. Just ‘imagine’ what your household could do with an extra $9,200 dollars a year. That is more than your car payment, that’s your mortgage payment or childcare.... Oh wait, its just 3% a year.
Lets be clear, the NDP believe in high taxes and lots of money for the NDP government. I believe that we should treat the Saskatchewan working family with respect and let them choose how to improve their standard of living with their own income. Like Spiderman said we all have choice. I guess Spiderman hasn’t been to Saskatchewan.

For Christ's sake, use REAL $.
2007= $8,000 pc. spending is $6,900 in 2001 dollars, or $1000pc increase in 6 years, in REAL 2001 $.
This is an annual increase of $166 pc/pa, or about 2.8% per year, after inflation.
Next time use REAL $ for your cute little graphs.
Hey Mayor, have my personal income taxes gone down 3% a year?
Good one, haha
Just start using real $, it should flatten your graph out.
